The 11th Summit of Leaders in Real Estate was held at Radisson Collection Hotel, Vadistanbul. Serhan Çetinsaya, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Artaş Holding, was among the speakers at the summit organized with the main theme of "Accessibility to Housing". Çetinsaya emphasized that housing accessibility and urban transformation are intertwined issues, especially in Istanbul, and that he thinks the possible Istanbul earthquake as the number one national security problem of the country. Çetinsaya emphasized the need for a change in the mindset of everyone regarding transformation and stated that it is essential to complete the transformation in the city within a few years.
