Artaş Holding has aimed to offer its residents a way of life beyond housing in all its projects since its first Avrupa Konutları branded project, implemented in 2006, and has succeeded. Sports have also taken its place in this peaceful and safe lifestyle communed with green.

Some of these facilities, each of which is richly equipped with sports equipment, studios, saunas and pools, serve as Club Houses. The purpose of the Club House is to enable the residents to easily participate in daily life with the facility next to their houses and to gain the habit of doing exercises.

Club Houses are equipped with a wide range of cardio equipment including treadmills, equipment for training all muscle groups in the fitness area, pools, sauna and steam rooms, studio group lessons, squash courts, pilates and ballet studios, summer and winter sports schools for children and sports tournaments and many activities suitable for both adults and young residents.

Club House, which has pioneered both national and international sports organizations such as the squash tournament, has also won the Dragon Boat rowing races many times. It also trains the licensed athletes of the future. Children and young residents trained in branches such as karate, taekwondo and squash by expert trainers have achieved degrees in many competitions across Turkey.
